When it comes down to it with résumés, keep it simple. Don't make anything so large that it overpowers the page, and all the other information. Make the names of schools you've gone to and businesses you've worked at bigger and more noticeable than the rest of the text for that section. Don't use any crazy bullet points, just use the regular one dot and done kind of bullet point. Use two different fonts, one for titles of sections, then body text. This makes it easier for interviewers to skim through and pick out the information they are looking for, if it's there.
